Good News and Really Good News
We have GOOD NEWS and REALLY GOOD NEWS to share with you! First, I know that some
of our customers have experienced backorder situations over the past 12 months.
These backorders have been a concern to many and rightfully so.
We fully understand the consistency we all
strive for in our dogs training and feeding programs as well as companion dogs in
need of therapeutic products to insure their comfort levels. I personally apologize
for these delays in getting your orders to you on a timely basis. We have also heard
rumors that Animal Performance Research Labs is out of business and that the Peak
Line of Canine Supplements was no longer available, ABSOLUTELY FALSE! Of course
it was our competitors who started these rumors, and wishes it were true.
Without getting into the boring details and to get directly to the point, APRL has
experienced a period of extremely rapid growth within the last year and at times
found it difficult to produce the level of inventory necessary to supply the demand
for the Peak Line of Canine Supplements. Since taking control of APRL, certainly
we expected growth, as we believe the APRL line are the best and hottest canine
formulas on the market today, however it was the speed of growth which was unexpected
and hard to predict.
THE GOOD NEWS: I am personally addressing all of these issues. I am involved with
the day-to-day operations and we are very determined to correct these inventory
issues by investing more money into inventory. We have also put a new management
team in place for purchasing, customer service, shipping and inventory control.
We have been working closely together to address all of our customer concerns and
to formulate a game plan for the future that will insure enough product to service
both current customers and to address future growth. There are also several new
products and new product sizes on the horizon!
THE REALLY GOOD NEWS: Our previous management had raised the prices to high, but
with this huge increase in product production it has resulted in an overall price
DECREASE! As unbelievable as it may sound, this savings is being passed directly
to YOU resulting in a huge saving for YOU! WE ARE TURNING BACK THE CLOCK! We thank-you
for your patience and understanding.
